Fragrant Real Estate Development group Ltd. has been investing in the property industry since 2003 under the name of ‘Fragrant Park Co., Ltd’. The company later changed its name to ‘Fragrant Real Estate DevelopmentGroup Ltd’ in 2005 to enter into a new era of the company as a developer in Thailand.
The success of the company was demonstrated in our first project called ‘Fragrant 71’ which has been constructed and transferred successfuly to customers. The company has expanded onto the next project called “The Prime 11”, a high-rise condominium located in the centre of Bangkok on Sukhumvit 11 followed by the 3rd project, “The Circle”, which is located on New Petchburi road next to the Makkasan complex, a government development complex including a city airport terminal. It has always been our goal to develop products that satisfy the needs of our customers through quality, location and superior services.
