The tower is just a 10 minute walk away from the Thong Lo BTS Skytrain station, from where you can quickly and easily travel to many other parts of the city.
Just a five minute taxi ride away is the EmQuartier shopping mall, with an excellent range of shops, including top fashion labels such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana and Jimmy Choo. More affordable high street names include Zara, Uniqlo, H&M, Gap and Super Dry.
There are plenty of excellent places to enjoy a bite to eat in the area around the HQ tower. For Italian cuisine, try Beccofino for a menu of tasty pizza and pasta dishes in a refined atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff and an excellent wine list. For a family style restaurant with hearty meat dishes and a friendly atmosphere, Soul Food Mahanakorn is an excellent choice, and only a five minute walk from the HQ tower, serving dishes including pork belly curry, smoked duck and crispy sea bass. For an upmarket, refined dining option, the Gardens of Dinsor Palace offers diners a selection of beautifully presented international cuisine, including a variety of seafood.
For an evening drink, you can sip a tasty cocktail with a superb view of the Bangkok skyline at the Octave Rooftop Lounge and Bar on the 45th floor of the Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit.
